New York’s “experimental powerhouse” makes their Vancouver debut performing music by the two most recent Pulitzer Prize-winning composers, Steve Reich and David Lang. Lang’s groundbreaking work the so-called laws of nature is a matrix of rhythmic patterns performed on an assortment of homemade instruments made from giant pipes, tea cups and flower pots.
